To comply with the recent Face Covering Emergency put in place by Public Health Madison & Dane County that goes into effect Friday, August 19, face coverings will be required when in any enclosed space at Dane County Breakfast on the Farm.
While nearly all of our activities are outdoors, with plenty of space for our guests to comfortably and safely distance, our main dining area will be indoors. We are hopeful that the rain will hold off, providing the perfect conditions for even more al fresco dining outside.
Please continue to stay tuned to this page and our Facebook page for the latest updates. We can’t wait to see you on Saturday!
Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to COVID-19
COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact.
While participating in the Breakfast on the Farm, sponsored and promoted by the Dane County Dairy Promotion Committee (DCDPC), it is recommended that “social distancing” be practiced according to the standards and guidelines set forth by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Because COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is spread mainly from person-to-person contact, the DCDPC has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 at the Breakfast on the Farm. However, the DCDPC cannot guarantee that its participants, volunteers, partners, or others in attendance will not become infected with COVID-19.
LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS:
I acknowledge the risk associated with participating in social events, and I willingly engage in the Breakfast on the Farm, sponsored and promoted by the Dane County Dairy Promotion Committee.
